Our Program Leaders come with backgrounds in teaching, experiential education, psychology, wilderness training, river rafting, and other outdoor and educational fields. Each year, we hold in-training sessions for both new and returning staff, to uphold our standards in safety, student learning, community service, and the overall travellers experience. Our Program Leaders are incredible role models for our travellers and most importantly, they are all dedicated to creating the best possible experiences for our travellers.

Leaders  &  staff
The most important element for the success of Moondance Adventures is our skilled, dedicated, and caring staff. Our leaders are vital to the integrity and safety of our program. Their responsibilities are quite diverse; they are instructors, leaders, facilitators, friends, fellow participants, and role models to our travellers.
